By placing this pre-order, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: [Pre-Order & Deposit] I understand this product is a Valentine’s Day pre-order item and requires a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of checkout. [Authorization of Remaining Balance] I authorize Mary Jane’s Chocolates to charge the remaining 50% balance to the card provided at checkout at the time of pickup. [Payment Failure Policy] I understand that if the remaining balance cannot be successfully processed, my strawberries will not be released. [No-Refund Policy] I acknowledge that the 50% deposit is non-refundable after 2/12/2026. If strawberries are ordered, prepared, and dipped and are failed to be pick up, the deposit will not be refunded due to the cost of ingredients, preparation, and labor. [Freshness & Quality Disclaimer] I understand that chocolate-covered strawberries are best enjoyed the same day of pickup, and quality beyond that time cannot be guaranteed. [Pickup Responsibility] I understand it is my responsibility to arrive during my selected pickup window and that missed pickups do not qualify for a refund. By placing this order, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above terms.
